Welcome to Neocodex's semi-annual awards, The Codies!

Veterans and newbies alike will notice a change in procedure this time around. This thread will be reserved for voting posts only. All discussion of the codies should go in the Codies Spring 2014 - Discussion thread.

I've made the executive decision to do this in the old style for two reasons. 1) Because I'm lazy, and I'm not going to read all the vote PMs like Napi and Yung were doing, and 2) because I like the idea that everyone votes publicly and nominates whoever they like, with a reason or not. That way there's no preliminary qualifier to be in the vote.

I've also cleaned up the categories a bit. The last few times the poll alone was ridiculous. So some of the categories that you will remember from the last few rounds no longer appear. However some of the original awards have returned, and you can find descriptions for those out to the side.
