I was just going through the USP subforum, and there's a lot of stuff that doesn't really belong.

I suggest the section be restructured thus:

Neocodex Products
->Official Programs (contains threads for all public PM programs)
--->Advanced Programs (contains threads for advanced PM programs)
--->Private Programs (etc)
--->Retired Programs (etc)
->User Submitted Programs (contains threads for user programs, that aren't in the PM)
->Tutorials (contains public tutorials)

As well as removing the redundant pinned threads from USP, and moving the PM-relevant threads to the correct section.

Thanks for the suggestions! Can you please send me a detailed PM of where you think what should go where and which threads you're referring to? I will look into it more when I get some free time to do so.

Might wanna make a note to people downloadign the ur submitted stuff and tell them to run them "sandboxed", if one's gonna trash your registry and potentially give you a virus it does tend to help, along with scanning ti with virus total.

Just tryna help, I'm used to being in hacker forums and stuff so yeah.
