The fucking next door neighbours and their lack of discipline with their oldest kid (4yo).
So, they came around with their kid yesterday so our boys could play together. Now keep in mind, last time this kid entered my house, he smashed my missus' belly cast we did when she was pregnant with Xavier, which absolutely fucked me right off in the first place, as they didn't even get mad at the kid for doing it OR offer to replace it for us. Kinda fucking rude if you ask me.
So yesterday, the boys are in playing in their room climbing up and down the bunk bed. The missus was feeding my youngest, so she wasn't supervising, I was outside in the garage so had no idea what was happening. The kids mum was sitting in the family room while they played in my sons room and she was supposed to be supervising them. Anyways, next minute Jayson my eldest comes out in tears and clearly in a lot of pain. He was claiming that the kid next door pushed him off the top bunk onto the ground. I questioned him about it and the kid said nothing to me. I asked the dad to go deal with his kid because I hate telling other peoples kids off personally.
He asked his kid if he did it and then the mother pipes up and says he was out with her when it happened. Now, Jays would not make some shit like that up, I know if anything bad happens to him its for real. I asked her again where he was and shes all like "oh Im not sure, I think he was out here with me". FUCKING BULLSHIT. I could tell from her body language that she was lying.
I said to the dad, look, I'm sick of you guys not even bothering to tell your kid off every fucking time he does something wrong over at our place. If it were my kids, I would be ropeable. I went off my tree at them both, to which neither said anything back to me or the missus.
But that wasn't it, he had the nerve to call my son a liar and for the lack of discipline they showed towards their destructive kid. I was so fucked off at this point I grabbed their shit (pram, bag etc) that they bought over with them and tossed them out the front. Get the fuck out of my house.
Anyway, long story short, how hard is it to tell your kid off for doing something they know is wrong and maybe apologise for it? Shit, maybe even offer to pay for damages he caused?
So. Fucking. Mad.
