I should clarify that those requirements wont be all you can do to gain access. I just need to sort out permissions.

Actually, I couldn't work out the extra permissions to allow regular members to see the ACIX subforum without contradicting the current restrictions listed in the OP. So, if you want access to that section, you will need to meet all three requisites
