Hey guys,
Just a quick announcement to let you all know (for those who haven't noticed/known) that @Kate has stepped down as Lead Moderator and the Contest Team on a leave of absence as she is soon to be due to have little Paisley (a baby daughter for those of you who think it might be her pet rabbit or something) xD
I wanted to say, on behalf of the staff here at Neocodex, we wish you all the best for the remainder of your pregnancy and that you stay as stress free as possible 
You have come such a long was from your first day as a Moderator, have grown so much in maturity and developed some great leadership skills. You have lead the team of Moderating staff well and have helped them to better their own skills on the team. We have all developed a strong bond as friends too (I would like to think so anyway 
) and you will be missed for sure!
You role in the Contest Team has not gone unnoticed either and you have done an awesome job with the rest of the team over the last few months.
Now, just so everyone knows, we will NOT be replacing Kate at this stage as we feel the team is more than capable to handle the everyday running of the forum and its various facets. If she feels the need/want to come back and rejoin at any stage, we will look into possibly accommodating her there No pressure though Kate!
This concludes the current announcement and we do hope that you can all appreciate the hard work and the positive attitude that Kate has given over the past year and a bit as a Mod.
