Codex Pokebattle Royale Round 3
This will be played using Underused Rules!
See what pokemon you can use by adjusting your Pokemon Showdown Teambuilder Settings!
Let's set up some ground rules!
1) No using Uber or Overused pokemon! We will be using Smogon's XY Tier list to avoid any confusion!
2) No using illegal movesets! If your pokemon can't learn it, don't use it.
3) You cannot use multiples of the same pokemon on the same team. No one wants to fight a team of 6 Snorlax.
4) All matches must be fought using the Pokemon Showdown Battle Simulator! No exceptions 
5) Mega-Evolutions are 100% okay to use as long as they have not been moved up to Ubers or Overused!
6) You must abide by all Neocodex Rules! Don't be a jerk!
7) All matches must be completed in a timely matter! If you cannot complete your match in a maximum of 2=3 days, you will be disqualified. No exceptions. I will be enforcing this to make sure this runs smoothly!
Breaking the rules once will result in your match being thrown out!
Breaking the rules twice will result in you being DISQUALIFIED from the tournament!
MATCHES ARE TO BE BEST OUT OF 3!
