A bit faster now, I sent in a ticket and got a response within the day. Not about a frozen account though, I suppose those take longer to verify and things.

I have a ticket from January, April, May and June still open. All about a frozen account.

Have you ever tried following up on a ticket? It's worked for me in the past, waited 6 months, sent in a follow up and got a quick response after that.

I sent in a ticket about two weeks ago for a Frozen Account. Since JumpStart, other tickets have been responded to quickly for me, but Frozen Account tickets seem to be taking the same amount of time that they were before.

Wow. I wonder if that also applies to premium members?

Officially, the premium people are equal to the non-premium people when dealing with tickets. But anecdotally, the premium people get their accounts back quicker, even if they've been obviously cheating.

There's also well-known cheaters who have premium so they don't get frozen

it also helps if you spend a lot of money on NC

Really? Even if they got frozen for cheating on flash games?

Thanks for the response. I'm a premium member but  I didn't spend a lot of $$ on NC though, I just know I have almost 200 nc items on my frozen account. I'm hoping to get the account back though.. TNT replied to my ticket and told me they would give me back my account, I just hope they don't change their mind :/

I said I was going to get premium when it came back (before it got switched over to what it is now), and I got my account back in 5 days. And then I did actually get premium because I did want it.

What was the reason of losing your account?
