I couldn't find a topic about cosplaying, so I decided to start this one C:

 

Post your finished cosplays, dream cosplays, progress pics and discuss!

 

I did two cosplays this year so far, planning on doing a third.

 

First was Stahma Tarr from Defiance, along with my fiancee as Datak Tarr. We wore our costumes to the Elf Fantasy Fair in the Netherlands

We were wearing pink contacts, but my fiancees eyes were getting irritated with them, which is why he wore sunglasses. Plus it was super windy so our wigs were fucked up pretty quickly

 

Then last week-or-so we went to Epicon, a gaming convention, and I went as a genderbent Daryl Dixon from the Walking Dead (I only genderbent it because I had no way of hiding my boobs >_> )

Unfortunately I don't have any better pics I was supposed to paint the backside of the poncho too, but I ran out of time. Glued a scrap of white fabric to a leather jacket; it fell off during the convention after 2 hours xD

 

Now I have some more conventions coming up I'd like to attend to, but I'm having a hard time choosing. I really want to do a Sylvanas Windrunner from WOW, but I'm not nearly slim enough to pull it off (working on it, working on it...).

I was Kiki this year for our convention.

The bow and Jiji were homemade. The shoes came from DSW and the dress was a witch halloween costume. As for the broom, the pole was from home, the sticks were a bundle from Michael's craft store. The bag came from, some discount store, I can't remember which one.

Next year, it's either going to be one of the sailor scouts from Sailor Moon, Loki's prison outfit from Thor 2, or Hitsugaya from Bleach.

I don't even know what to say, thats amazing. I saw these guys at AnimeNorth this year and i swear they couldn't walk 10 paces before being stopped by someone for pictures.

Oh my, those are really good cosplays! I've cosplayed before, but I'm not very proud of my work XD

 

My favorite cosplayer has to be Alodia Gosiengfiao, no matter how mainstream she's become in the industry.

I've always wanted to do cosplay/participate in a convention of some sort. But haven't have the opportunity. Also idk what I'd go as. xD I once wore a pedobear head from a costume and danced to "Teach me how to dougie"

I told him he shoulda done a bloodhound helm but he wouldn't listen.

I love cosplaying   Plus I usually make my own costumes, as I am doing with this 'Angels take Manhattan' version of River song. (But I did buy the corset not THAT skilled at sewing.) And props are so fun

A good friend of mine did a great HIM (Powerpuff girls) cosplay last week and entered a contest with it. He got an honourable mention.
