Weird Al designed a sandwich  and my favorite people at the Consumerist made it.

“I’d say a fire-roasted eggplant, some roasted red peppers, diced heirloom tomatoes, some thin-sliced red onions—maybe double up on the onions and have some caramelized onions on top of the sliced onions. A little basil, some arugula, some chopped and marinated mushrooms, maybe a slice of fresh avocado, some alfalfa sprouts, a dose of hummus, a drizzle of pomegranate molasses and put it on a warm toasted French roll lovingly sprinkled with some truffle oil.” -Weird Al

 

 

Mine would be a butter-cooked burger with Worcestershire sauce, corn, and adobo in it, medium rare, with grilled onions, roasted peppers, and avocado ranch wrapped in lettuce instead of bread.

On some sort of foot long sub, probably soft and herb infused.
Then bacon, sausage, chicken, red onion, black olives, jalapeños, a spiced cheese, toasted with sweet onion sauce on it.

Not sure about the details, but it would definitely involve apple, Brie and prosciutto.

I would call it the nitro sandwich and it would be made of bread and nitroglycerin. It would have the most explosive flavor ever!

 

Too bad the Nitro Sandwich blows............ up before you even eat it.

My girls call peanut butter and jelly sandwiches "Momma Sandwiches" so I kind of already have a sandwich named after me.

 

But if I were to have a signature sandwich, it would beee...hmmm...

 

Probably some sauteed mushrooms and onions, fresh jalapeno, roasted corn and red peppers, black beans, cilantro, guacamole, slashes of habanero garlic sauce and a drizzle of sour cream rolled up in lettuce.  Tiny bits of pulled pork optional.

Oh yes, I like surprises. Just not sure if I like those kids of surprises. I typically eat my food but why not watch it explode like mentos to a diet coke. XD

I only have about half of the ingredients atm. I would've gotten muenster yesterday while I was grocery shopping, but the smoked gouda was on special
