Ohh yeah I think a lot of people on Codex aren't really into Neopets anyway. :p The neopets community as a whole is a sack of shit so I can see why.

It is very good you should keep going.  I particularity like the eyes really stand out for me.

 

Line art is difficult and colouring is as well so you have done well.

 

My fave part about this style is the colouring, I have always enjoyed colouring in line artwork.  I tried my hand at line art and render art awhile back so I know how hard it is, this is my attempt:

I just completed a quick sketch, it's more moe I guess XD I'm trying to improve on my clothes and hair drawing.

I'll never get how people can draw clothing wrinkles and frills and all and make them look not awkward >w< <3 I'm glad you can do it though!!

Idk dude I think it looks pretty good! :o Maybe try and make the lines ruffles less uniform? be -spontaneous-

 

Tbh I redrew the ruffles like 8000 times so yeah I'm not even close to mastering wrinkly clothes :( 

 

And your chibi drawings are cute and make me laugh so keep up the good work  :x3:

That's great! Good job. Very clean line work and filling in! (I struggle so hard with linework)
