The game is rather glitchy at the moment. 

 

 

Someone, quickly explain this madness! seems to be another random daily(?).

 

Update: the game is fully functional now, and is now part of the dailies. Choose whichever mode (preferably hard mode) and try your luck at the avatar (if it's even available).

I chose hard mode, but it won't work. There are 2 people that have stated to have obtained it (using the avatar too), and one of them said it was on standard mode.

 

Congratz! the game is still not letting me pierce any balloons on hard mode.

I wouldn't imagine it is awarded randomly or I doubt I would have gotten it on the first try. Maybe it's awarded for just clearing the board? I am sure more details will emerge over the next few days, and if the game actually begins to function properly.

The only problem with having SuAP is now practically every other avatar is unattainable. Apart from the ones that are awarded randomly and the stamp avatars, there are no more for me to get. I want to crack into the leaderboard but without the stamp avatars that is really unlikely. I supposed I could save but it seems like it will just take FOREVER.

If you can't pop even one of them, chances are you won't be able to pop one for the rest of the day, but who knows.

Even on hard I just clicked on the balloon I wanted to throw at, and until the last 5 or so I was able to hit them with ease. It got kind of difficult once it started spinning super fast but I cleared the board eventually.

on my side, I now noticed a book that wasn't there before.

I didn't get any indication that I'd recevied any items/NP or even the avatar. I suppose I could have received NP and not noticed, but my inventory is still empty so there definitely wasn't an item.

Go for it! I chose Standard today, will choose Hard tomorrow and see how it goes.

Maybe you have more chances to get it when playing hard mode, and @talbs got it when the game was glitchy and not ready to be released to the public.

Yeah I got the avatar within 30-60 minutes of the game being posted. I cleared the board a couple times on hard, and gave up. It wasn't until I checked my Neoboard Preferences that I realized that I had been awarded the avatar.
