ABROSIA HELP! CANT BUY

Need urgent help ...

 

For months the 'ambrosia' program not work for me.

 

#Items in Shop always goes to zero like I was banned, but it is not and do not buy anything.

What should I do?

 

I get this error while checking Proxy Settings

Sounds silly but I do not know if I have proxy. 
 
My connection is direct to the modem.

The error is just the error you get when you click the test proxy button and don't have a proxy... it's telling you that you don't have one.
Now decipher the top screenshot for me and I'll try to tell you about that.

Well that explains your proxy related error, you can't really test a proxy when you've got nothing entered in the proxy details boxes. :p

 

As for the 0 items in shop, what shops are you trying to buy in? What other settings are you using? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Program Manager?

I can't see anything obviously wrong in those settings so I would suggest uninstalling the Program Manager completely (and delete the Neocodex folder in Program Files) and then try reinstalling it and see if that makes any difference.

 

Do you have another Neopets account you could try it on too (in case there's anything happening with your account that could be causing issues)?

Do you have another Neopets account you could try?

 

There's also the option of trying another program like ValorSuite.
