Great series, double fireball for 11 damage to win game 1 was pretty epic on your part. I knew I was screwed when I saw Malygos and no hex.

Haha yeah it was my only hope. I figured you might have a hex or you might have a lightning storm but hopefully not both.

Priest is my anti-miracle rogue deck but I was hoping Paladin would give me a decent shot but some minor misplays led to a pretty one sided matchup lol, needed more tiny taunts

I've got a couple friends who would be in for another tournament, just a thought if you guys ever want to organize something again!

Based on the way this year's gone, I think it'll be fairly regular.

Well poop, I missed it! Stuff came up today and the email notifications being down don't help either.

I probably wouldn't have stood a chance anyways :p

Yeah I'm down for another, someone else is gonna have to organize it though, can't really commit to doing another one with the school year picking up. But I can commit to streaming! Sans audio and video lol

I think the ban idea was a bad system, either any decks or single deck in my opinion. And I'd probably go for best of 5 even though it'd make for a longer tournament. And I'm not sure of the bracket system, grouping up people with similar skill levels would make the tournament more fun in the early rounds but make the final ones pretty boring but randomized doesn't seem ideal

If anyone is curious, here are the finals

I like the idea of bo5 no bans for sure.

Agreed! I think best of 5 matches would be ideal. No one would need more than 3 decks, no bans. Would be fun.
