Okay so I am currently using two accounts, my main and a shell, on the same computer but with different browsers.   I have only used the aber once with the shell.

Would it be a lot safer to ab with the shell account on another computer?  Or is just using different browsers fine?  I just don't want to get chain froze or anything....

Last questions I promise!!!  Thanks in advance for helping out a beginner! :locked:

Are you using a proxy?

You got it all wrong from the start thinking using a different browser might avoid any chain freeze :) use a proxy instead. And if you want to use Abrosia for two different accounts, again the same procedure, use a proxy.

Not currently, but I'll for sure start using one!!!!

Different computers or different browsers does not matter in the end. What does matter is the IP you use to access your accounts. I have a guide on finding proxies (which change the IP you are accessing an account) here.

Thanks!!!  I will definitely look at the guide!  Proxies confuse me! haha

Will using a proxy with my shell look really suspicious since I have never used one?  Or will it seem normal?

Had you a previous IP address linked to the shell?

What do you mean by that?  Like have I used it on a computer?  Yes, I have used it on many computers and I'm on it enough to make it seem like another person.

What I meant to say is, there's no point in using a proxy now if you've already linked your shell to your main (IP address similarity), they can still track your shell back to your main. Though I'm not too clear on what you're situation is, please explain it more thoroughly, if you may.

Why do you say this?

I two two accounts a shell and a main.  I use different browsers for both of them and used the AB once on the shell.  Day 2 and I'm not froze so I'm feeling somewhat safe.

I've logged on many computers with my main and shell so I'm not really recognized by one IP address, but they are linked I guess cause I used the same computer for them.

So just AB with smart times and forget a proxy?

Well, if you've used different computers to do this (which is kind of a hassle, a proxy is usually the way to go) on both the main and the shell, I hope you did not go about this under the same roof as you will have accomplished nothing, on the other hand, you can still start using a proxy on the shell to try to mask yourself a bit but I can't for sure say it's safe. (I don't think you're safe at all, if there happens to be a link between those two accounts, you're basically leaving a back door open if you did that, by then I would suggest you get a new shell and use a proxy for that one).

Okay I think I'll just try a new shell account!  Is just making a newbie account the way to go?

As @nitro said, you can either create a new account and wait 3 months for it to age, or buy a shell account from someone here.

You can do that, or buy a shell account here so you don't have to wait for your account to age to be able to buy higher rarity items.

Okay thanks!!!  How much are the shell accounts?
