Theme:

Remember when there were originally only 151 Pokemon? Remember when Pokemon: The 1st Movie came out, and every child wanted to quit school to go travel the world in order to become a Pokemon Master? Well my challenge to you Neocodex is to be that Pokemon master that you always wanted to be. Use Dress to Impress to create a Pokemon trainer!
