Some people are getting the bad password thingy.

If you get that, don't keep logging in so you don't get locked out.

So slow that is says the webpage is not available The maintenance pteri is not showing anymore and other websites I search are just fine.

  • They posted on Twitter that they are working on the login issues and load issues. Hopefully it down because they found the issue and are fixing it.
  • If you can't get to the news, here is what they are saying: 1) NC Mall: You will not be able to buy any items or redeem any new NC Cards as of right now.
  • 
    2) Premium Accounts: You will not be able to update or purchase any new Premium memberships. (However if you have an existing subscription, that's working.)
    
    3) Premium Scratchcards: This is still being moved over, so they won't be sent out until later on.
    
    4) Timed Features: Timed content, like Food Club, for instance, may not be running quite on time. Cronjobbia has quite a bit of work to catch up on...
    
    5) New Features/NT: Nothing new today, so don't worry.
    
    6) You Survived the Neopocalypse! You may want to visit the New Features page because they've re-released the I survived the Neopocalypse avatar!
    
    And some reminders:
    
    1) Premium & NC Mall time/items spent: They will be reimbursed in some form after the site comes back up. It is currently unclear as to what the form of reimbursement may be for the NC Mall, but was previously stated for Premium that there'll be some free NC.
    
    2) Key Quest: Key Quest should be down for an additional week.
    
    3) Poogle Day/Neopian Times: Both will be punted until most likely Monday.
