Before you've even tried, I'd like to tell you what a stupid plan you have. Any plan I'd conceive would be way better, but I haven't yet conceived one. If we go with your plan, you need to write out more specific guidelines and requirements for all that is involved, otherwise your stupid plan will never work.

Well good luck getting anythings implemented or changed. I'd say your main area should be programming and resource implemented areas, as being our main motivator for activity and expansion.

My goal is to do as much as possible that doesn't need administrator action for the time being.  But regardless, I don't think it's going to be too hard to make some good progress.
