try reseting your bios. 
If you don't know how, just open up your case. look for a battery about the size of a quarter and pop it out. then stick it back in and ur bios is reset. if thats not the problem please be more descriptive

alright. if it just wont boot at all, you might go for another power supply. check the pins on the current one to see if they are brown or yellowish, that would confirm its power supply. Or if the power supply fan didn't spin when you turn it on.
if not, any recent hardware changes could mean underpowered system (in which case the power supply fan would still spin)

not sure as I'm using a mac, but reseting your bios should work.

This happened to me about a month ago my power supply was dead and I couldnt get my comp to turn on at all so that is probley the reason.

Power supply is a good thing to check if nothing happens at all; if you hear fans you might try UNPLUGGING YOUR COMPUTER, taking out the cpu and putting it back in. Someti'mes it can help to do the same thing with your ram.
