You would be lucky to see the account that receives them survive past a few days I'm guessing. Do so at your own risk and please, don't use an account you're too attached to.

Well, I'm guessing that lending dont get yourself frozen? I mean, if you create a board and lend to 10 people, 11 people will be frozen? It's kind of unlikely to happen.

That kind of logic assumes that you put significant trust in TNT's logic to not freeze people indescriminately who came in contact with traceable duped items. More power to you with that kind of faith in them.
If you're serious about a lend, I would wait awhile until one of three things happen to find a lend:
1. Mass freezings
2. Server rollback
3. TNT's surrender

Besides that, asking someone to create a lending board is kinda silly. They'd be putting their account as risk for mass reporting.
