Under the proposed settlement, all persons who from July 1, 2008 through July 24, 2014 (the “Class Period”) resided in the United States and purchased in the United States any of the Truvia Consumer Products for their household use or personal consumption and not for resale are potential class members may be entitled to participate in a proposed class action settlement.

They are offering up to $45 back or up to $90 in products depending on how much you purchased in that time.  I have bought Truvia once or twice, so I might fill out the form to get some free product.

Also, they're not requiring receipts or proof, so I guess just do what you feel is best as far as how much you claim you bought.

I used to buy this stuff all the time when I made black bean brownies. I filed a claim for 4 things and just asked for free product. Maybe it'll encourage me to make low calorie treats again! :p

That's what I thought, and now I'm disappointed.

There's a thread by Mishelle here on the topic.

I might tell my folks. They used to use all types of Stevia extracts.

There's also one up for AT&T which would definitely be relevant to a lot of people in North America

I got my check in the mail for about $32.  Hooray for class-action lawsuits!
