Wow, I've not carved a pumpkin since I was 7!

Nonetheless, I've convinced the boyfriend to buy me a pumpkin and help me carve it tomorrow. xD

I carved mine a couple hours ago, took a picture, then forgot to put "Neocodex" in it. I'll retake to picture probably in like, 4 hours or so. xD

Finally got around to carving my pumpkin last night, and I just submitted my entry.

Whaaat? I found mine to be oddly relaxing. Especially gutting the pumpkin (as morbid as that sounds).

I enjoyed it as well, and ended up enjoying the roasted pumpkin seeds I made after gutting it even more!

I actually "stole" your pumpkin seed roasting trick, and it worked very well! ^^

Had large pumpkin seeds so it basically too 25 minutes to get crispy in the oven. Also used Cayenne-infused olive oil. Gave it a little spice. Very delicious!

OMG it sounds delicious with that olive oil! I will have to try that next time! Thanks for sharing.
