Not very safe. The risks are still high, don't forget it's cheating, and even legit players can be unfairly frozen.

Literally in less than a week on this sight I've gone from7k np to 190k
I just really want to snag my first ub and hit my first mill has any one dabbled with the wheel of extravagance? Is it profitable?

I used to follow hugo too but now I vary from one to another. hehe.

The Wheel of Extravagence is only worth it if you're going for the avatar. Otherwise it's a money sink.

I have wasted 2 million nps on the wheel of extravagence. I finally realized it was not worth it. I have purchased ets from other forums before and never had a problem with being iced until just recently i was frozen because someone stole my account. It had nothing to do with the nps though

 The bookshop has very high competition despite what some older guides say.    There are a few other shops that are great for beginning though and can also grab you the occasional amazing UB. I'll pm you with a couple of those shops!
