I have a QoS(Quality of Service) policy set up right now so that all the chromecast's in the house are set to low traffic priority, while all of the computers are set to normal/high. I would also like to limit the traffic that youtube is allowed to use, and set it to a low priority setting. Is there a way I can do this without completely blocking youtube from my router? Also, ever since setting up this QoS I am unable to stream games to Twitch using Open Broadcasting Software -- does anyone know how to allow that through the quality control setting? I'm currently using a Netgear R6100 router, and I've already tried forwarding the OBS TCP + UDP ports and that doesn't seem to be working. Any help would be appreciated.

Why?

Screenshots of your QoS config would be helpful to diagnose the OBS issue.

@Dan All I really use my internet for is gaming and when my ping in game goes up to 1000+ while I'm streaming that's not good. My ping only started doing so once I set up the QoS. Oh and my internet is fine, I have 50mb down and ~15up.

Spoiler

Most of those rules come default with the router.
