Don't you like spaghetti? Whyyy?

Spaghetti is too good, but too loaded with carbs.  I avoid it now only because I eat too much of it.

I don't eat wheat and never liked pasta. I don't really know why. I eat spaghetti squash though, and it's ok. I'm really only in it for the meatballs though.

Hopefully you can find someone crazy like me to help with the moving! People get worried about me when I help them move since I never get tired and can keep lifting furniture all day. On the down side that same energy keeps me up at night while others get to sleep lol. XD

 

It's just my parents and all the heavy stuff is mostly done (large furniture) now it's just boxes. I tried to be a pro and do it all myself and ended up with a herniated disc in my lower back womp womp

I do the same thing, but with chili.

 

Today will be the third day of chili that I made on Thursday.  Day #4 is sitting in my lunch box at work since someone brought food in for everyone on Friday.

 

I'm a pussy when it comes to spicy food. It would be awesome if I could eat a lot of chili, I love it.

I love chia seeds. I like them in water with lime juice and agave.

Sounds like something my sister would love. She puts lime juice on EVERYTHING. Even mashed potatoes. Ugh.

See, I find that cooking has to be more precise, especially when following a recipe. For a basic sponge cake I can guesstimate what I need and throw it all together and voila, done.

Again, that sounds almost completely opposite to me. :p

I experiment with cooking a lot and I guess I get lucky cuz it almost always turns out to be very delicious.

I look up recipes, but to me those are just rough guidelines. For baking, it's like, shit, this could not rise enough, or it's too mushy in the center, etc.

O_o interesting. Never heard of it. It's amazing how fancy cheese can get though. Just get me some american and some Ritz and I'm good lol.

 

We have a cranberry wensleydale that I love, love, love. Not really that fancy to be honest. I just slice it and slap it on a soft roll. Nom nom nom.

I love lime juice too, so citrusy. I need to eat something, all this food talk is making me hungry.

I always feel the exact opposite lol -- honestly when I cook I never follow a recipe, I just throw shit in a pan and use varying basic cooking techniques to alter the flavor / texture to my liking :]

^This. Adam, we should cook together. Lol :p

Build up the amount of heat each time.  Pretty much the only way to go about it.

Same - I even got one of those veggie spiralizers so I can eat zucchini like pasta and put fun sauces on top. I'm a pasta addict.

When I experiment with cooking, it inevitably turns into a disaster. Too runny, not soft enough, tastes odd...

Anyone ever notice how pasta and pizza are almost the same?

Pasta - carb base, tomato sauce, and usually shredded cheese on top!

I totally want one of those! I think Napi posted something like that ages ago and it looked so good!
