Apparently I show some symptoms of Crohn's Disease and the appendix area of my abdomen seems to have some pain. Also I need to call my doctor for my next shot (which is so dumb, I need an appointment for a regular shot???? I get one every 3 months). It's so hard to get in, since the clinic is often very booked due to being a low-income based clinic.

 

I also feel so detached from my boyfriend and I hate it :')

My confession: stole a jar of jam and cutlery from a restaurant for lols.

Long story short - I caught a 300lb door from crushing my friends head at work. It had enough downward force to crush dislodge 2 of my vertebrae, and now the perennial nerve in my back, which runs down through the right leg, is being pinched off in certain spots causing pain down there as well. I lose feeling in my leg every so often, and when I can feel something it hurts like a bitch to walk.

 

I just got back from my injections. The S is bold because I thought I was only getting 1 shot, but I got fucking 3. The first one was the only one I had an issue with...the doctor hit the nerve and sent a jolt through my leg, and it felt like I was being burned from the inside. Good thing is I have to go back next Friday for the same thing!

Dude, I am sorry to hear that. That is rough. But luckily, as long as you are adherent to the medication regimen and labs they have you do, it is really a manageable disease. But it still sucks. idk enough about your family situation to offer any advice on telling them. Are they supportive of you in general?
