Yes read through that guide kai1 linked. ^  ...and others if you wish. The only thing you need to download is Cheat Engine if you just want to use AoBs on flash games. Be aware that some AoBs can dramatically speed up the rate at which you get a score, or make it easy to score impossible scores. As long as you have realistic wait times and scores within a possible range AoBing is rather safe.

You don't download AoB's. You have to use Cheat Engine, so download that. 

Or GATX's AoB Scanner, as mentioned in the above posts.
