November's MOTM is @Liesa ! Confetti and glitter everywhere! She made phenomenal awards on request with such a chipper and open attitude. What a darling!
Here's what the community said about her:
Spoiler

Napiform: Liesa for making awards and generally spreading pretty things around.
Emily: I would like to nominate Liesa for all of the hard work she has done in making awards for us. I have personally bugged her a few times and she's always helped me out! She's also a consistently friendly face to have around the forums.
[Disqualified b/c Nominator] Fanged: Nominating Liesa for all her hard work around the site! She makes all the lovely awards and has always been a friendly member.
Prisca: Liesa for her amazing contributions to the awards department. I love collecting awards because of their cuteness and Liesa has had a lot to do with that more recently.
Ivysaur: Liesa has done some INCREDIBLE award work. Awards she's made are amazing.
She's overall really sweet and helpful. She is ACTIVELY trying to contribute to Codex.
Rocket: I'd lastly but not least like to nominate Liesa for all her hard work with making awards. She doesn't complain and she rocks at what she does. She's also active in the community and regularly participates in contests and likes to keep things active on the forum.
Psyduck: Liesa for creating some kickass awards, seriously, how do you create those things cause they are awesome! Keep up the great work, cause no-one can ever have too many awards!
Scrafty: I forgot to add my third nomination to my previous post. I would like to nominate Liesa for making so many unique and cool awards. She is also very active and helps people out.
Baswick: helpful with things, when i have a question. Active, and tolerable to talk with.
Swarley: she's doing an awesome job with the awards, and she's a very sweet person

Congrats again, Liesa!
Although Liesa won this month's MOTM, let's not forget everyone else who had done great things for us!
Spoiler
@Emily
Rocket: Emily for being a super awesome Mod and putting up with crap from everyone. She's nice and funny and she sounds like a disney princess. For all her hard work with Contests - getting the referral contest up and running and helping with all my nagging questions about everything. She really does do a lot of behind the scenes things and doesn't get the full recognition she deserves.
Kate: Emily because as Rocket said, she works her butt off to keep this forum fun for everyone. She commits a ridiculous amount of time to contests.
Scrafty: I nominate Emily for being friendly and helpful. She puts a lot of effort into the forum to make it more lively and inviting.
Napiform: Emily for doing moderator and contest things
Nitro: I would like to nominate Emily for hosting the referral contest, and for being an all around great moderator!
Maxsed: First I'd love to nominate Emily for her outstanding efforts with contests and keeping track of awards. She has been quick, helpful and friendly!
Swarley: the referral contest must have been a pain in the ass to make, and it was succesful. She's also very friendly and an awesome mod!
Cohle: is such a powerhouse of a mod. She is totally on top of things and manages to be friendly and democratic the entire time. I can't fathom the work required to put together the things she runs (ie the referral contest). She even sent me a PM reminding me of a rule juuust before I was about to accidentally break it. I think she's psychic.
Cara: because she is very lovely in general. (and i don't really say that about new people)
Kord: Emily puts in tons of work consistently, and I'd hate to see another month slip past without her strong consideration for this honor! She awesomely ran the Referral Contest, but on a continuing basis manages to keep the wheels greased and running smoothly for the whole Neocodex Contest team.
@Waser Lave
Kate: For his constant efforts to improve this forum. He's been here for years and years and years and no matter how crappy things get, he perseveres and continues to put his time into Neocodex with nothing in return.
Emily: My last nomination will be Waser Lave . He has helped me soooo much with a ton of different things. He answers my questions, helps me with ideas, and works his badger magic when I need something looked into. He also does a lot of work behind the scenes. I'm grateful for all the work he does for Codex. Not only that but he also provides a good laugh every now and then.
Scrafty: And Waser Lave for his hard work on the forums, Mystery Pic answers, and his badger antics.
@Rocket
Napiform: Rocket for doing contest things and increasing forum activity
[Disqualified b/c Nominator] Fanged: I nominate Rocket for her help around the forum, her understanding, and helping to keep the site active as well
Liesa: Rocket for the numerous contests she and the rest of the of the contest team host, I don't know how you all manage it!
Psyduck: Rocket for hosting the halloween candy i spy game. Not going to lie, it was a big pain in the ass to search through topics that were created eons ago. But at the same time, got to read a lot of interesting posts along the way, and loved the mini event!
@Napiform
Adam: I nominate Napiform for doing this whole 100 post day thing, ALWAYS being helpful, and for not being a passive aggressive jerk-face.
Rocket: I nominate Napiform for being an all around awesome person. She helps out a lot with guides and is always nice and helpful to the newbies who join the forum. She does what she can to bring activity to the site all the time, most recently with 100 post day. She'll answer questions 1000 times over no matter how many times she's had to answer them before and she doesn't complain (much).
Fanged: Napiform for helping users, holding contests, and keeping the forum active.
Prisca: Napiform for her constant awesomeness and for hosting the very popular 100 post day. She lead the way (well, set a fabulous example). What a great 'get to know you game' for us all to participate in, i love that it is hosted every so often
Liesa: I'd like to nominate Napiform for an awesome 100 post Day. Even though I didn't reach 100 posts again I had so much fun participating.
Grant: I've been a member here for a long time, but haven't always been active. She was welcoming to me, as well as other users who are trying to be active and encourages participation.
Baswick: Always very helpful and active.
@Kate
Emily: I'm also going to nominate Kate. She is an amazing friend and is always there if someone needs her. She is also consistently helpful around the forums and really jumped back into her role when she became lead mod again. If something needs to get done, she pushes for it. If someone needs help, she's one of the first to go for it. If JUSTICE NEEDS TO BE SERVED, she straps on her Batman mask and rushes into action.
Cohle: has been exceedingly kind. Not only does she pop into random threads throughout the day to offer advice or lift someone's mood, but she consistently keeps a good aura about her. All the hard work she does is definitely noticed (at least by me!) and I'm incredibly grateful for all she does for us Codexers.
Noxiousmermaid: she was extremely nice and welcoming when I joined. She went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and welcome, even in TC.
Kord: Kate for just being KATE, but of course for specifics: this involves being amazingly available and interactive on the boards as well as via PM, and she especially outdid herself keeping conversation flowing freely during the recent 100 Post Day recently. She manages to make all the work that she puts in as Neocodex Lead Moderator seem effortless...which we know it isn't.
@Hawk
Fanged: Hawk for providing engaging posts in the 100 Post Day thread and his funny remarks
DawnKnight: I'd like to nominate Hawk.
He was able to call me out on my emotional nonsense, and give me the slap across the face I rightfully deserve without escalating the situation and things getting out of hand. Really put some perspective in my place, and I appreciate his brutal honesty.
He's a pretty hilarious dude too. 100 Post Day would not have been nearly as entertaining without him.
Grant: Helpful and likes to chat. Also gave me a bunch of tips on home brewing which is even more awesome.
Keil: It’s one thing to return back to NeoCodex. It takes another thing to venture out of the Retired forums and engage with the newer community in the forums. I am really happy that he is making attempts to talk to new people during 100 post day.
@Prisca
Fanged: Prisca, because she's one of the most friendly users on the site, and she helped keep everyone motivated during 100 Post Day.
@KEIL
Prisca: (can we nominate you?) Your Yacht mystery adventure was so fun. Nominated for hosting such an interesting, fun and engaging contest for all.
Psyduck: Keil for hosting the murder mystery event just recently. It had a great plot which really made you just kick back, relax, and play the guess who game. Trust me, I'm not one who got the murderer correct, but still had a great time asking questions and learning about "the captain"
@Fanged
DawnKnight: I'd also like to nominate Fanged for helping me break out of my shell and making me feel truly welcomed on the board. Also helped make 100 Post Day quite enjoyable.
These two really made this recent weekend great. Been stressed from grad school and losing my job, and needed a nice break. Wouldn't have enjoyed it nearly as much without them.
Cohle: is clearly a machine. She just churns out wonderful posts left and right! Her enthusiasm for 100 Post Day was completely lovely and I'm sure kept a lot of us motivated. She's constantly surprising me with her hilarious and helpful remarks and I cannot wait to get to know her more.
@Valorous
DawnKnight: Finally I'd like to nominate Valorous for his continued work on ValorSuite - a superb multipurpose program that makes Neo life so much more convenient. Even though he's not one of the main programmers he continues to improve upon this project, actively listens to feedback, and has been quite helpful teaching my fellow Codexians (and myself) how to properly utilize it. Really appreciate all his work, patience, and helpfulness.
Masxed: Third I'd love to nominate Valorous for his great user feedback and hard work. He doesn't let his users questions go un-answered which is awesome, and he has been generous and forbearing!
Baswick: His suite and how quick he is to tackle issues. Helpful with explaining shit too.
Keil: I never really noticed this until now, but I am tremendously appreciative for Valorous’ dedication to the updates and responses to all the people who had questions. On top of being a great programmer, Valorous has a great level of character.
@Kord
Liesa: Kord for being a constant friendly face around the forums and always helping out, not to mention the spur of the moment GIF contests
Masxed: Second I'd love to nominate Kord for holding fun GIF contests and making people feel at home with a positive attitude!
Swarley: she's one of the sweetest people on Codex and very active. Those GIF contests she's doing are very funny!
Keil: She is so caring for many people. She checks up with me once in a while to ask how everything was going not because of habit or obligation, but she’s genuinely interested on how I was and I think that shows a great deal of nobility.
@Adam
Grant: Funny and engages almost everyone in polite conversation, which is always welcome.
@Ivysaur
Kord: Ivysaur, while always a consistently available and helpful, has absolutely rocked the house down in particular through helping to acclimate new players to life on the Neocodex Minecraft Server...definitely deserving of a run at MOTM!!!
EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH HALLOWEEN CONTESTS
Prisca: those who hosted halloween flavored contests! I wish i could nominate you all! I shall just mention my appreciation here. Y'all worked hard over the Halloween period! Sending my very own 'members of the month' award to y'all from me
@Emily
