You can use the game app. One of the entries was made with it.

And if so, can we enter a few pictures of the same Sim? It's hard to show facial details and clothing and stuff in one picture.

Like I told Val, the Create A Sim Demo is free and you can add CC to it as well. Probably a lot smaller DL than a torrent of the whole game.

Now...the hilarious part (for me anyway) is that all Sims I create for this contest all have the same last name (Codex), and they are all going to be living in a house together.
