*Christmas preparations intensify*

 

Black Friday is this Friday! Or is it now Black Thursday?  Thanksgiving is ruined.

 

Will any of you be shopping on Black Thursday/Friday this year? Where will you be going? Do you have ALL of the coupons? Do you hunt through the newspaper on Thanksgiving to see all the best deals? Are you afraid you're going to be trampled to death or beat up because you grabbed the last George Foreman grill? 

 

If you're like me, you'll be spending the day eating all of the leftover Thanksgiving food. Sometimes I head down to Target later in the day to see what cheap TV shows or movies are still left on the shelf. I can't handle of the Black Friday crowds.

I never shop Black Friday. It's much more fun to watch all the news stories about people getting into fights and pulling out pepper spray over the last pair of some special shoes. Plus, I'm too small. I'd get run over in seconds and shoved into walls without ever getting in the store.

I don't normally go out Black Friday, but going to try and hit up GameStop for Tales of Xillia 2 @ $19.99.

And it's mainly for my waifu - huge Tales of series fan.

Then it's back home for turkey and stuffing leftovers, and probably more FRIENDS reruns.

The only place I ever go on Black Friday is Game Stop. I did see Taco Bell opens at 5 pm Thanksgiving and I feel SO BAD for the people who have to work that shift.

Sadly, when living on a tiny caribbean island there is no Thanksgiving (and no real place to shop for that matter).

Back in the states for good in T -9 months!

I'm going shopping on Black Friday for the first time in forever. I've only ever gone once before.

 

I dont think I'll go on actual thanksgiving, and not sure how early I'll get up on Friday but I do have a list of things I'm looking to buy.

Black Friday is weird here, we don't have Thanksgiving in November so we've sort of just adopted the holiday. 

A lot of stores don't do anything but then other stores have crazy sales here.

 

I'll be going to my work because i get an additional 20% off my regular 40% and there's a hat I want. 

Besides that, I sometimes stop in sephora but it's never crazy in there. 

I typically stay home or I'm working.

 

Last year I worked 12pm-11pm on Black Friday and it was a shit show of being busy for like... 10 minutes at a time. 

Our sale was super bad and this year it's only 20% which is rubbish since most of our inventory goes at least 25/30% off on Dec 2nd.

 

I'm hoping no one gets trampled in the US this year

I never shop on Black Friday. I rarely shop anyway, but when I do, it's not at crazy hours during the night just to save a couple bucks.
