My ex whipped up some chocolate covered strawberries, turned on the notebook and fed me. To keep me from crying during my favorite movie she scratched my leg, which to me is the ultimate sign of love.

The sad part is that I'm 100% serious.

When I was in Canada, Cody took me me around to do all the stupid little things I wanted to do, even though he wasn't that interested in most of them. I got to read all the signs along some canal thing, wake him up at crazy hours to eat breakfast, and go outside in the middle of the night to see the supermoon. Him and my mom are the only people who I said, hey, you wanna go look at this sky thing? And they were like ok, let's go! It's the little things in life that are the most romantic to me.

TIL I'm totally unromantic ): When I make an effort, I'm unoriginal and gather inspiration from pinterest. Made a "52 things I love about you" on a deck of cards a while ago, and made a heart-shaped puzzle that says "I love you from the booty of my heart" (drew a lot of butts)

I think I liked making them more than he liked receiving them. He's done nothing like that for me yet uguu

My bf took me on walks almost every night at the beginning. I wasn't familiar with the town since I just moved there and he brought me to various places.

He still cooks for me regularly. <3

 

I try to gift him coupons for things that we can do together. Like spending a weekend in a different town or going to a concert.
