I left neopets long time and many of my accounts need the birthday and I just forgot it

Can't say that I have had this issue. I always make a spreadsheet with all account data required to gain access whenever I make/purchase a new account. It's a great idea to do this to avoid your situation

You shhould be able to guess it eventually if you are dedicated. I've had this problem in the past, but I at least always used my birth year when signing up. I was able to enter the account after many guesses. And I do believe there was some sort of program for this, as you used to have unlimited tries when logging in (correct me if I'm wrong). That's what I remember from the old slopdog days anyway.

I had it happen, and it's possible to get your birthday for the account. You can e-mail them or talk to them through Facebook explaining the biz. and you can get it back. Just provide sufficient information like NC Purchases or your PIN number worked for me.

Can you try looking at the started playing date and deduce the birthday from there? That is if you used your actual birthday. 

 

I had to put in a birthday for one of my accounts, and looking at the started playing date helped me figure it out. That was because I knew how old I was at the time when the account was created (current year-year on account), and since I was under 13 at the time, I knew what the year had to be. I knew the month and day, but only because those where my actual birthday.
