i was wondering if it is possible to have a neopet whose height is 5 cm and weight is 10 lbs. i know i would need to feed my pet lots of pumpkin neggs to decrease its height and use it in the battle dome to decrease weight. is it possible to do this or no?

I don't think it effects how your neopet looks, but it does affect things like certain battle dome weapons (and allegedly, getting leftovers at the kelp restaurant for the avatar)

for example, a poogle looks like puppy sized. if i have a poogle and i used a morphing potion on it, i think the size won't change. for the height and weight of a poogle on average is 40 cm and 70 lbs. however, what i'm wondering is it possible for a poogle to be 5 cm and 10 lbs?

I'm not sure what you mean by real life. So what you're trying to do is just change the stats? I guess that's possible with the methods you mentioned in the first post. I don't know if anyone knows the limitations though, like 5 cm and 10 lbs.

Sounds like there needs to be a Neo Bootcamp. I guess that's what the BD is for right? To get your pet in shape.

i'm not looking for the image of the neopet. from the chart i gave, i'm guessing that's what neopets would look like in real life. however, i will be creating poogles (because i think their size is good) and then morphing them into other neopets. their size probably won't change nor will their height or weight. i know the pumpkin negg decreases a neopets height and i think fighting in the battle dome decreases a neopets weight so that's how i'd make my neopets look like. also, with their size, my neopets would look smaller and their height will be 5 cm while they would weigh 10 lbs. i hope everyone understands this now. i didn't mean to confuse anyone.

i don't think a penny is 5 cm. i actually used a ruler and marked 5 cm. i know it's not very tall, but it's my choice.
