Software Library: MS-DOS Games

The Internet Archive has compiled all these oldschool games and made them playable online.

EM-DOSBOX is a browser-based emulator.  You just click a game (like Oregon Trail) and play! It's still in Beta, but so far I haven't run into any problems. Requires no account registration, theres no downloading, (which anyone who has tracked down old emulator versions of their favorite childhood games knows can be a pain in the ass) and it's free.

Why bother? I don't know I guess for nostalgia reasons. I was watching @Adam streaming Duke Nukem 3D and remembering my first exposure to FPS multiplayer games.Fighting my cousins to let me play Turok and 007 Goldeneye with them instead of being redirected to their shitty Ariel The Little Mermaid for Sega Genesis. (which might initially sound badass, unless you've played it. Then it's just a raging disappointment.)

This is videogame history. I'm excited!
