I filled it out correctly, double and triple checked. submitted. The page didn't load (left it for a long time). Finally decided to refresh "You have failed".

Congratulations to everyone who got such a really hyper mega cool avatar as that I <3 Sloth one. 
Rumor has it that other hip dude the Happiness Faerie might have another related avatar to find as well...
