I do have a question, I am wanting to post in the Banned, Suspended and Warned Members, but I can not post a topic for some reason. I have one account that is locked on Neopets, for inactivity. How do I post in that part of the forum?

I do have a question, I am wanting to post in the Banned, Suspended and Warned Members, but I can not post a topic for some reason. I have one account that is locked on Neopets, for inactivity. How do I post in that part of the forum?
That board is used by the Admins and Mods only (they are the only ones that can post), and it has to do with people who are Banned, Suspended and Warned here at Neocodex for various rule-breaking on the forums and whatnot...it doesn't have to do with Neopets bans.

In addition to Kord's post, you'll probably want to post a thread in the Neopets General Chat forum explaining the problem with your account, and some members can give you some solutions.
