Upon logging into my neo account on Abrosia, I am greeted with this message:

A program error has occurred… Please go onto the forums and create a threat explaining what it is that has happened, what you were doing when you got this message, the text in the box below, and any other information that you think might help us resolve this issue.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File “/cdx/svn/checkout/core/trunk/Program Manager/Lib/NPLogin/NPLogin.py” , line 719 in OneClose Window
File “wx/-core.pyc”, line 14619, in __getattr__
PyDeadObjectError: The C++ part of the ProgramFrame Object has been deleted, attribute access no longer allowed.

My neo account is fine i can log in to it a-ok. I've reinstalled program manager, just renewed advanced membership yesterday, updated and restarted my mac....it was working flawlessly last night and today it just instantly idles, then freezes, and my neopoints display as ??,???,????. I don't know what else to do. It even looks like it's logged in, but everything says idle and you can't hit "start" on Abrosia, then when you try to x out of the login window, you get the message I posted above.

Please help :( I've used and love Abrosia for years!

The neopoints on hand always shows as a bunch of question marks as far as I know (eg: ??,???,????). At least that's what it's been doing with me ever since I began using Abrosia about seven months ago. I've never known it to show how much NP I have.

I will also receive that weird error message upon running any programs but I usually restart the Manager 'til it works fine. Sometimes it happens a bunch of times in a row, I'll wait like five mins and then try again and it will start up as usual.

There are some programs that mess up way more than others in the Manager, I've just gotten used to it haha.

Hey was there a response received to this error? Im getting the

PyDeadObjectError: The C++ part of the ProgramFrame object has been deleted, attribute access no longer allowed.

error as well?

Thanks

Just restart the program.

Here's the solution and reason for the error:

ERROR
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/cdx/svn/checkout/core/trunk/Program Manager/ProgramManager.py", line 1192, in run_with_except_hook
File "Programs/1001/Abrosia.py.nc", line 760, in run
File "Programs/1001/Abrosia.py.nc", line 1575, in processNextTaskItem
File "wx/_core.pyc", line 14619, in __getattr__
PyDeadObjectError: The C++ part of the ProgramFrame object has been deleted, attribute access no longer allowed.

POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
 • this happens when you close the program manager without shutting down the program you're using properly. Nothing horrible will happen

Which is from the troubleshooting guide to program manager errors: http://www.neocodex....manager-errors/
