This white-balance illusion hit so hard because it felt like someone had been playing through the Monty Hall scenario and opened their chosen door, only to find there was unexpectedly disagreement over whether the thing they'd revealed was a goat or a car.

This thing is so confusing -.- Don't understand why it looks different for different people. Especially when someone doesn't see blue and black or white and gold

They explanation was that our eyes interpret and process light differently - hence the example of the original image here.
Depending on the light, it will depend on what you see...

Also, the brightness of screen will affect it.
