I've personally also used the adblock method, but particularly on older computers that at some point becomes incredibly slow -- methods that only add a border load the pages were always quite a bit faster for me :) I do see the added benefits for either, though!

How does adblock make it slower on older computers? I thought it'd make it faster since it doesn't have to load those extra images. Or is it because it needs to run the blocking script which slows it down.

I'm not completely sure, but when I used Adblock (mind: this was quite a few years ago), it would still load the images, only it would block them afterwards. It wouldn't block them from initiating the load to begin with. I had thousands of items blocked, so the script would take quite a while to run & check against all the things I'd blocked, heh. But, then, I seem to recall I restocked in 22 shops at the time :p The custom css stylesheets just happened to be a lot quicker in the end, haha!

Very good idea. It'd help people learn new shops and help beginner restockers (for those who are legit) I'd use it, but instead I just adblock to block the junk items by going through the database (that way I can update it if something becomes junk, but isn't updated on the DB yet) or something that ends up being less profit than the DB states + rep

Yeah, I had around 150 pages of sdb and wanted to take out ubs... was a pain checking what was junk and what was not, so at first made it for sdb, but then easily added the other pages as well. Was also quite mad when I saw ub items for 400np going unbided on auctions :p

This script runs when html has been loaded, but before images/frames/other side content is loaded so should be pretty fast . Had a bit of trouble with image duplicates , 99% items have different images but there are around 100 that not ;)

Makes sense. I adblock all the junk in like 10-20 shops or something. Might want to try this out

Having things color coded based on profit instead of selling price might be beneficial, I only mention it because there are lots of green border items that I'd like to actually purchase (low profit, but good for mall shops).
