Yay, Candy Crush! ...Woops. I mean Ghoul Catchers. All I've heard is that you can get items from playing it, according to JN and TDN, so that's probably the only reason I'll play it. 

 

I really wish they had been more creative instead of just copying another game.

I tried looking for it on my iPad app store, but nothing came up. I then tried selecting "iPhone only" apps, and still nothing came up. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just limited to laptops?

It doesn't appear to be fully operational yet, and still isn't available on all platforms...

iTunes users are logged in and playing.

Guess I'll stop Abrosia now, since I'm getting times upwards of 20+ seconds now. This will most likely be faster, and it's free NP. I find it a bit odd that it isn't in the actual stores yet.

Makes sense. I checked my neopets account to see if the items and NP where there, they weren't. When it says "active your account on neopets", I feel like you're supposed to do something like click a button after clicking the "ghoul catchers" under the "games" heading, but there's nothing there to click. That could mean, however, make an account on neopets and activate it, but you only get that message after you've already logged into your neopets account. 

 

Just completed the first level, which saids I got 1k. Checked my account, nope. I might hold off until someone can confirm for me that they're getting the rewards.

Nope. On your device, just click the itunes link in the first post, it'll change apps and then come up with a screen with a button allowing you to donwload it.

I've been reading JN's post about this, and it seems that some users aren't receiving anything at all, no NP for level completion, no items. Like me. I'm going to guess it's a possible glitch, or it's because the site has really horrible lag and the items/NP are having a hard time getting through.

 

For those of who you who can play it:

 3 stars gives you 1k

2 stars gives you 600NP

and I'm not sure what 1 star gives you.

Based on progression though, I'd say possibly 200NP. Since 600NP is 400NP lower than 1k.

 

If you miss getting 3 stars, redo the level. Once you hit 3 stars you'll get the 1k.

Hmm, I just opened up Ghoul Catchers on Facebook, which asked for the standard permission things but it also had a checkbox for "Send me a link to the phone version" of sorts. Checked it, okayed the permission, and when I looked at my tablet it did have a notification saying "Ghoul Catchers is now available in the Play Store". When I clicked the notification, nothing happened; Opened the Facebook app, checked in-app notifications, clicked the notification there, linked me to the Play Store with a "Item not found." error message and a Retry button.

 

Preeetty sure they're still setting things up haha!

Several people reported trying multiple times before their log in was accepted.

 

My Facebook keeps saying loading but it won't load.

Users are getting texts saying the app is available on other platforms, but it is not currently up for Amazon, Google, or Windows.

No one has confirmed being able to play via the Facebook app.

Is the facebook version actually on facebook? Like you know how you can play farmville right on facebook, without having to go to an external site or download anything?

It loads in the window - but shows a perpetual load screen.

 

Maybe this whole time they were working on interfaces and other technical terms to make sure the mobile stuff would mesh with the pre-existing stuff - thus causing the lag.

My site is moving fast now... like almost instant page loads.

I can confirm it works on facebook, at least for me. You might need to connect your facebook and neopets accounts first.
