Think I found a glitch in the matrix.

Lately I've noticed that when I go to a post > edit > Use Full Editor > *edits post* > Preview it doesn't preview but instead posts without any edits made. Everything typed is lost. If I edit the post then post without previewing it'll work just fine though; it's only when I attempt to preview that it essentially crashes. Seems to be across all forums, and I think the blogs also iirc.

 

Edit: Confirmed. This forum as well. 

Did notice it say "The post has been edited" at the top though, but none of the changes were saved.

Seems to be an issue with IPB itself, I doubt they'll fix it now though so just don't do that.

It's probably always been like that but hardly anybody has noticed it and the few who have haven't mentioned it before now. I can't say I've ever tried to use the preview when editing a post in full editor myself so I doubt it comes up very often.

Nah. Used to work up until a couple weeks ago.

It was especially useful in my Minecraft blog since I have to go back and tweak things from time to time.

It would be useful in my Draft blog as Microsoft Word 2007 screws with the formatting so royally when pasting to the blog/forums...
