Leonard Leonard Leonard!!!! Fuck, I was freaking out so badly. I've quickly become a total Len fangirl. One of my younger brothers came on a visit today and he told me there was a new trailer, and when I watched it, I totally FLIPPED lol I don't think my brother had ever seen me scream so loudly.

But... man... I fear Len is going to screw Barry over in the end. Like, it's so obvious he's doing it because he can get something out of it. Len isn't the kind of person that does selfless stuff. I think he wants the other meta-humans to join the Rogues. Like in the comics. I really really really hope he won't side with Reverse though.

 

As for Harribard, I'm still in turmoil over that guy. I don't want to like him, but somehow I still do? I blame Tom Cavanagh and his amazing acting for that.

But daaamn, I saw some really creepy ass smile from him earlier on Tumblr that scared the living daylights out of me.

 

 

It's so crazed, psychotic. Props to Tom, but damn, it gives me the chills.

In a moment like that, I can definitely believe that he's only Eobard Thawne...

We saw Reverse Flash/Eobard Thawne blink out of existence with the death of his great^ grandfather, Eddie Thawne. 

Again, Reverse Flash no longer exists because of something that happened in the distant past: Eddie's death.

So wouldn't that same death prevent anything and everything Reverse Flash ever did?

And with Nora being alive, would The Flash still exist?

Again, Reverse Flash no longer exists because of something that happened in the distant past: Eddie's death.

So wouldn't that same death prevent anything and everything Reverse Flash ever did?

And with Nora being alive, would The Flash still exist?

 

 

This is what has always confused me with time travel. You would think that is the case but Eddie didn't die until after everything happened, so the Reverse Flash did exist there, just because he's gone at that point when Eddie killed himself, doesn't mean it cancels out everything he ever did before that exact time. I have such a hard time explaining things so I hope that makes any sense.

That's the problem with time travel, it's so out of our reality that it's really hard to comprehend, and it always ends up having story holes.

Also, why didn't he shoot his balls? Wouldn't that be as effective as killing himself? xD

Suppose the Legends of Tomorrows spinoff COULD deal with any timey wimey stuff like this.

Especially if Booster Gold, Vanishing Point, or the Linear Men are introduced alongside Rip Hunter.

DAE think the Flash was a complete jerk in the finale? Harrison Wells held up his end of the bargain by providing the means to travel back in time and save Nora. Barry made the choice not to and that's on him. I can't believe he would renege on their deal.

BUT when Eddie Thawne kills himself, he effectively kept Eobard Thawne from ever existing. If he never existed, how could he ever have killed Barry's mother? How does this not counteract Barry's decision not to change the timeline?

 

Because if Eobard didn't kill Barry's mother then Eddie wouldn't have been in the situation to need to kill himself therefore Eobard is still born in a different (possibly main/true/real) timeline? A grandfather paradox.
