Started watching Daredevil. Just finished episode 2, and I've been officially hooked since the start.

Normally not into Daredevil, but damn. This was brilliantly done.

IDK how close to the comics this show is, but if it's channeling the spirit of them like I think it is... I'll certainly be checking them out soon.

Gives me hope for the other Netflix original series: Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist - three characters I'd never otherwise give the time of day (well... beyond the House of M story arc awhile back.) Well... maybe Iron Fist.

Cannot wait for season two of DD, and I'm not even half way done with season one. lol

Get Punisher and Bullseye in on this action... then give Punisher his own show. Oh man that'd be sick.

And if Marvel ever gets full rights to Spidey...

Daredevil + Punisher + Spidey = 

(Especially what with Peter and Matt having similar histories.)

 

Man, Marvel is killing it with their connected universe.
Shame DC insists the movie and television shows are separate. Just cannot imagine a better Green Arrow or Flash for example. Now those two would get me interested in a JLA movie. Could possibly even forgive the Batfleck casting.

Frikkin excellent choice of casting Rosario Dawson as the tv version of Night Nurse. She is absolutely perfect for the part.

Looking forward to seeing her story unfold along Matt's. No doubt she'll have an even bigger role in Luke Cage's show though...

I hear you on the separate DC thing. I don't think I'll be able to watch the movies. I'm sure as hell not going to watch them in the cinema. Grant Gustin is my Barry Allen (unless maybe they're going with one of the other Flashes like Bart Allen or Wally West?) now and I really can't see anyone else playing Oliver either : /

I think they're making a huge mistake by not casting the same people.

How to fuck a viewer up emotionally. Make my ship canon (Ragnar said 'I love you' to him while he's never said that to Lagertha or Aslaug before. I call canon) against all odds and then kill one of them (who happens to also be my favorite character) off leaving the other heartbroken. I cried so hard.
