My mom and dad.
I know it's "cheesy" but... well, I was adopted by my grandparents.
Like most children, especially in my teenage years, I wasn't the easiest one to raise.
Not just a generation gap but several. Despite this they still had the love and patience to persevere even me at my horriblest.
They gave me a life and a future.
Had I stayed with my biological mother I have no doubt I'd be in jail or worse now.
Their morals, values, and life lessons will always guide me to do my best in everything, work hard, and never give up.
They're my heroes in every possible meaning of the word.
2. Has anyone ever told you that you are their hero?
In the literal sense? Once.
It was a band competition in high school. We had just gotten done eating and everyone was crossing the street to get back on the bus.
My friend, Melissa M., had a bum ankle - I think from cross country - and actually ended up tripping in the middle of this busy four lane street that becames part of the highway not too far away. Without even thinking I rushed back out there, helped her up, and she leaned on me as we hurried back. She was a bit shaken up since she just froze for a moment there - deer in the headlight effect I guess.
3. If you were a superhero what:
a)would your costume look like?
Some sort of combination of The Crow, Nightwing, and Batman. All black with deep red accents.
b) would your superhero name be?
Blood Raven
c) backstory?
Death of my beloved due to gang violence.
Causes me to spiral into depression, and eventually losing everything else.
Never cared about that as I never got over my beloved.
End up using that rage. Channeling it.
Vow vengeance on all gang and other criminal elements.
To save families, friends, and loved ones whenever possible.
d) super power?
My mind and gadgets.
e) weakness?
Literally everything - I'm only human. lol
I suppose being overly confident and careless otherwise.
Alternatively, enemies learning my secret identity and putting my loved ones at risk.
4. Have you ever saved someone?
See #2.
And while I can't say I personally saved a couple of my suicidal friends...
I was there for them every second I could be, even giving up sleep just so they had someone physically there for them, a shoulder to literally cry on, and someone to talk about anything and everything with. I made sure they knew my phone and home was open to them 24/7.
That I'd fake sick at work if it came down to it.
Friends and family are and will always be the #1 important thing to me. Fuck everything else.
A job that can't understand that isn't a job I want to work for.
5. What do you think the world needs saving from?
A little bit of our, the American, government. A lot of bits of Corporate greed and corruption.

Batwoman
Nightwing
Spider-Man
7. What is your kryptonite in real life?
My heart. Love.
8. What super hero do you feel doesn't receive enough attention?
Awe I loved reading your response! Your hero would have such an intimidating shell but we all know you're a huge softie inside now! Your parents seem lovely, they did a very good job from what I can see Looking forward to you saving us from corporate greed
@Swarley Do not pass go, do not collect 200$... you know you can answer select questions right? what a bummer. Was looking forward to your legendary answers.
No one. All the great heroes are fictitious, fantasized, or dead.
2. Has anyone ever told you that you are their hero?
Yes. It was one of the most painful experiences I ever lived through.
3. If you were a superhero what:
a)would your costume look like?
Everyday clothes. With an eye mask. Because eye masks can 100% conceal a super hero's identity.
b) would your superhero name be?
My full name.
c) backstory?
I have been a target by all the world's secret organizations that puppeteers behind every single major nation in the world all my life. If I wasn't who I was with the talents I do have, I would have been a puppet to be used to control the economic and political flow of the world, or even worse, a brain tailored and groomed since birth to tug of the strings. I outsmarted all of them and thanks to that, I was able to live a relatively normal life and protect the people I love.
However, I am never fully alone to be left to my own devices. Once in a few months, an organization like the EYE will try to recruit me through blackmail, hostage situations, and one time--let me tell the story it's interesting. The summer before college, I was kidnapped, bagged, and unconscious for a few days. My disappearance was completely hushed. My family and friends were drugged to never remember me and any trace of my existence disappeared off the face of the earth. I was like, WTF? My friend who was thought not to be a threat told me later that my contribution to a mural in our elementary school was painted over.
When I came to, I was told to play a Hunger Games sort of deal in some far off island with a mansion, a resort, and an underwater military facility, except there was food and medicine to last a year and the host of the games was completely untouchable. Fast forward twenty days and the island self destructed with four (including myself) out of twelve children like myself alive. I returned back to society and every trace of me went back to normal and the memories of me returned like nothing happened. It was a perfect restoration of my existence in society. The mural seemed untouched. Four years later, the other three survivors became brains of the world and are fighting over my loyalty and cooperation because not only do they recognize the power I hold, but ultimately they fear having it used against them.
d) super power?
Not necessarily super academic intelligence, but crafty strategizing and general mindfuckery.
e) weakness?
Physical Frailty (with respect to peoples' super power of invincibility and super body modifications), genuine care and affection for my fellow humankind, and a good sad movie.
4. Have you ever saved someone?
Yes. Unintentionally and sometimes half-assed, but thing about heroism is that you don't need superpowers. Simply honesty, good intentions, and a clear expression of one's thoughts is all that is needed.
5. What do you think the world needs saving from?
Distractions that keep ourselves from really delving into self-awareness and transcendence, and solitude where their mental faculties (often suicidal) twist and murk the most.
6. Who is your favourite super hero?
American Dragon: Jake Long or Juniper Lee
7. What is your kryptonite in real life?
My family genetics and eating powdered drink mix raw.
8. What super hero do you feel doesn't receive enough attention?
Raven from Teen Titans (more so in the original series, but also for her comedic presence in Teen Titans GO!).
9. Who is your sidekick?
An iphone preloaded with all my necessary apps and Chrome tabs that keeps me linked with my networks. I can't do anything alone and I'm only as powerful as the network I establish.
I felt bad for never doing your harry potter one. But I like this one much better anyway!
1. Who is your hero?
I guess I don't really have one. Am I supposed to?
2. Has anyone ever told you that you are their hero?
Of course, but never in the "you just saved my life" sense.
3. If you were a superhero what:
a)would your costume look like?
Birthday suit with a bowtie. And a combover to keep my identity hidden.
Jk. If i had to wear a costume it would probably be black with purple accents
b) would your superhero name be?
Vengeance
c) backstory?
My normal life but then I get super powers from a 1 in ten trillion chance of a solar flare causing the perfect change to my genome
d) super power?
Telepathy/telekinesis and the ability to control time
e) weakness?
Pretty girls, encountering someone with intense sadness, loneliness, and puppies
4. Have you ever saved someone?
Not in the physical sense. But a friend of mind has an alcohol problem. She has been working on it, but recently stumbled after 7 months and got incredibly drunk. She was incredibly sad and thought she was worthless. So I went over and stayed with her for that day and came back the next day. She thanked me.
5. What do you think the world needs saving from?
People with extreme beliefs.

1) Wolverine 2) Batman 3) Gambit
7. What is your kryptonite in real life?
Pretty girls, neck kissing, and at times lonliness

The Phantom, The Count of Monte Cristo (I consider him a super hero), The Shadow
9. Who is your sidekick?
Spider Gwen (just because - Emma stone. Also, she's recently single!)
10. What is your theme song?
This is Geeky...like REALLY geeky. But it would be either:
1) The beginning of Brahms 4 movement 4 https://m.youtube.co...h?v=dXGt45-04RY
2) Minute 4:12 of Tchaikovsky's 4th (but really, so many other better Tchaik themes to choose from. This is just the first thing that popped into my head) https://m.youtube.co...h?v=nMViOrqBzPk
3) Imperial march (of course)

As per my personality I did this backwards. Instead of superhero, I did it super villain because I don't want to be a superhero. Plus, I don't like superhero's. I love super villains though.
Spoiler
1. Loki
2. No
3.
a). Green dress, in a high-low style, gold belt, black cape, golden diadem, golden scepter topped with a magic emerald.
b) Queen Satsuki, Supreme Queen of Earth
c) Came from a small town, discovered that I had magic because a friend got me mad and I accidentally caused a building to explode. d) Magic
e) Loki
4. No. Might in a year or two though, I'm a certified lifeguard.
