I eat cheese and ice cream despite the fact I am probably allergic to lactose and it never ends well.

contagion scared me about touching my face :3

 

I touched my face after touching my niece and now I have eye inflammation. Adults usually don't get the kind she has but since I never went to kindergarten I don't always have a natural immunity against kiddie diseases :D

 

But on to the unhealthy things I do :D

 I eat healthy but I don't move nearly enough. I tend to sit on my behind a lot :D

 I am also a smoker :S 

 Don't drink all that much really, only on occasion so there is that at least.

Eating a lot of unhealthy foods I guess. I'm surprised I've managed to stay skinny with how much I'll eat too.

All of my physical activity comes from work, which used to involve heavy amounts of skating or running for 6 hour shifts, but my costochondritis made carrying trays and physical activity for 30+ hours a week impossible. Now my work makes me significantly less active. Additionally, I'm very bad about getting homework done for my classes and I eat more junk food than I should. Waaaay more than I should o.o

The worst culprits are smoking and drinking. It's already a whole lot less than I did in my previous study about two years ago (I was much more a stereotypical student back then), but it's still too much. Every cig and beer is one too many for your health. But it's so damn good.

 

I also sleep waaaaaayyyyy too little T_T Just not enough hours in the day, man.

I do this too. It's my absolute favorite part of eating popcorn. It'll probs give me cancer.

I could probably 

  • Get more fruits and vegetables in my diet
  • Sleep longer
  • Be less stressed
  • Remove people from my life that I probably shouldn't be keeping around
  • Not eat food that fell on the floor

I sleep to the point it probably could be classified as hibernation.

Also eat a lot of fried foods. Why does everything bad have to taste so good? :(

I end up straining my eyes because I read even if there's very little light in the room.

I also love eating fried food and constantly choose meat dishes over vegetable ones.

I drink too much wine - doubly bad because it's hell on my rosacea. 

Could also definitely stand to exercise some more.

I drink probably more often than I should. I don't always do a particularly good job resisting carbs, particularly potatoes and pasta.

I cannot resist potato chips for the life of me!! Not a huge sweets guy, but I can crush some chips.
