Haha well I have plateau weights where I struggle to lose and 220 was one... now I will plateau at 200 or so. After that 220. I will lose to 200 fairly easily though. I can see the difference in my face already.

After a week of pretty intense labour building in theatre I lost disappointingly little weight T_T I guess patience is a virtue. But it's back to the gym now theatretime is over!

Hi everyone! I just joined the challenge. I gained 20 pounds during the last year of university and the first year of grad school, and I'm now trying to get it back off! My knee is healed, and I'm running again. Sort of. I ran 2 miles today! I'm also making sure I travel (usually walking) 4 miles a day, at least (that's the 10k steps you hear about). I'm also on a caloric deficit, and have been steadily doing about 2 pounds a week. I started this shindig at 156, when I just couldn't take it anymore. I'm joining this challenge at 150 (was 148.6 just after my run, aaaaand 150.6 after that awesome burger dinner husband fed me). [I don't usually weigh that often, but needed a pic for the challenge entry]. SO. Nice to see you all! See you around!

Proud of you for making such a positive change! 2 pounds a week is perfect - I'm pretty sure that's what doctors recommend anyways. Keep it up! :)

Doing percentages ever other week - but I can do every week if you'd like!

 

Sunday is the "official" day but I'll accept until Tuesday at 11:59 PM NST because I know some people's schedules get hectic :p
