After I realized that I took the . out of one of the file names by accident, it worked like a charm! Now if only I could get the items to sell...

Sell them at 99k each in your shop if you're looking for an easy sale. (I'd do one at a time though).

I managed to sell my books at 350k each and sold Tales from Inside the Volcano for 1.2mil NP. Just don't overprice them and you should be just fine.

Only book I got was the Lost Lost Desert Journal. I had it in for 1m, then 750k, then 600k. Finally just auctioned it off.

Loaded the rom into a flash cart and did this and got 191k ish in misc items and 1.8m ish in books according to JN. The items seem to be worth more though if the trading post is anything to go by.

I was meaning to try this for a while now and recently I read somewhere that this exploit is patched? Anybody knows if that's true, before I try to work out this thing to test it (I'm not the best with Python and such)

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it's patched just due to the fact that it's a few years old

Not "patched" per se, the codes generated would work if you could redeem them, but someone went and started sharing codes in public so TNT deactivated the code redemption page.

I tried this but couldn't redeem the codes.  The page seems to be up but said there was a problem with redeeming them.  I tried changing the mac address a couple times and the codes changed but nothing.  I will try it all over again once more to make sure.  If anyone else gets it to work let me know, curious if fully patched

Last I knew they disabled the page for redeeming in general. Though if I were you I'd ask tnt personally in a support ticket but making sure your codes are different than what others sent. Also waiting some time before you do it as tnt may be watching.
