Is #3 one of the letters in the word
"CfbmrcuaNdnanbprISBOACR"
?

No. Mostly because it's not a word to begin with.

Does capitalization matter?

Yes. It's actually quite integral in solving this puzzle well.

Is #3 the letter T?

No, there are obviously other letters in there too.

Guys, phrase your questions properly. You will get a misleading answer if your question is ambiguous.

Christ. How long have you people known Keil?

Is #3 a letter of the american alphabet?

No.

This kind of contradicts the fact that you answered yes to it being one of the A-Z letters, maybe that's intentional but that's thoroughly confusing ?_?

Doesn't contradict anything at all, given that "American alphabet" isn't what it's called :p

*looks up what a vowel is because I can't even English good*

No.

Are the letter y and Y considered as vowels for this answer? Is the answer for puzzle 3 y? Is the answer for puzzle 3 Y?

Yes. It's actually quite integral in solving this puzzle well.

No, there are obviously other letters in there too.

Is the answer multiple letters, even though the question in OP asks for one (the next) letter?

Well if you want to argue semantics then you can't objectively say "no" for an alphabet that could be defined as anything since it doesn't technically exist!

Be as specific as possible :p

Any ambiguity will be taken advantage of.
