All battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown. 

 

Leaders must respond to PMs requesting a challenge within 3 days. Gym Battles must take place within a week of the message being responded to.

 

All teams must contain OU tier or lower pokemon AND OU rules. Pokemon belonging to Ubers (or higher) are banned. 

 

All battles are best 2 out of 3. Challengers are only entitled to one challenge per Gym Leader per week. Gym leaders (at their own discretion) may allow challengers to have as many rematches as they'd like.

 

Gym leaders are allowed a maximum of TWO wild cards on their team. (2 pokemon belonging to a type other than the one they are representing.)

 

All challengers are responsible for posting the 2 or 3 replays of their match in the thread should they emerge victorious.

I'm asking because I prefer to have double battle for my Fairies, but I have a singles prepared just in case.

I think for now I'd prefer to stick to OU Singles rules.

If the challenger wouldn't mind doing a doubles match however, I see nothing wrong.

Think I was using Chansey and Blissey for the last tournament/friendly because it wouldn't allow two Blisseys iirc.
