Trying to buy premium now for advanced abrosia..and when I enter my card details and press enter it says it's because my card does not pass anti-fraud measures...?

 

I am guessing it's because I flew to Mexico 2 days ago, and I tried purchasing neopets premium as well today but it would not work, as I could only choose mexican countries and cities as my billing address info. Anyways if I could buy it somehow now that would be great
