I eat salmon at least twice a week. I love it. It makes me feel like I'm a healthy person.
Ice cream + alcohol every day, coz I'm a fucking disgrace.

I just ate a meal of Babi Ketjap.
It's an Indonesian dish of sweet pork in sweet ketjap sauce plus rice and green beans. Indonesian dishes are to die foooorrr.
Ketjap is a thick soy sauce right ? We call it 'KICAP' pronounced "key-chap"
It's a thing that must always go with plain rice. Some like it salty and I don't know why.

2 Cokes
Funnily enough, I actually have an eating disorder (recovering) and I used to frequent a forum that was hosted by the same hosting website as Neocodex. When I saw this topic, I had to reply and told myself I had to reply honestly and not hate myself (didn't sleep enough, overate today).

The most glorious burrito and stuffed jalapenos from a local spot named Bueno Y Sano. A salad, chocolate/peanut butter protein shake, two packets of mixed oatmeal with added roasted peanut chunks and honey oats, a half gallon of milk, a quarter gallon of fresh apple juice, a banana, Greek yogurt, and a lottttttt of water were also part of my diet today. Thats usually what I eat daily. The only thing that changes is my source of meaty proteins. Usually tuna, chicken breast, or - on rare occasions - pork. I do whatever I can to avoid fast food as I'm trying to get back into the shape I was in before my shoulder injury. Today was a bit of a slide since my friend invited me out and hes leaving again in 3 days :|.

Chinese 'Pulled' Noodle or "Mee Tarik" Not one of the best choice out of the whole menu but it was still good. This one is Beef Noodle Soup.

Yep, it is ^^ Well salty ketjap/kicap is pretty tasty with some soups though.

Had me lunch just now:

It kind of looked like pho to me except the noodles are a different shape.
For me all I've had so far today is bulletproof coffee (coffee, grassfed butter and mct oil). Won't have lunch for 5 hours but I've got leftover beef with vegetables and rice

I also thought it was pho haha. Pho is so good. Tried it for the first time 2 years ago and get it minimum once a month now. Extra meatballs, no tendon,
